a pixel art woman 32x64 aiming to the right of the screen. light purple background. she has purple hair, blue eyes, black lipstick, long-sleeved crop top showing some cleavage, dark shorts, fishnet leggings, dark blue boots with silver buckles.
first clothed version of our protagonist for our new game. and my first attempt at a a pixel art character. next thing you know, she'll figure out how to walk!
haha! clothing comes next :) then maybe she'll learn to walk. but right now i'm hoping her direction/angle for this version is appropriate for top-down 2d for walking right/east.
32x64 pixel art character of a nude pale woman with blue hair facing right. red lips, blue eyes, purple-ish eyebrows.
my first attempt at a pixel art character. is it terrible?
i got an orbic and installed this on it, but do we know yet whether it requires an active subscriber account to capture useful data?
ever since i read this blog post i don't trust the basic security of Matrix because it represents a fundamental flaw in their policy. anyone can make a mistake; this is poor decision-making that can't be trusted
don't expose Matrix to the web;hide it behind your network

reminds me when my stepmom who kept the garden sprinklers running all summer told me to shorten my 8-minute showers
don't give away your personal information if you can help it!
i just "purchased" firmware for MY device for $0.00, system forces using payment system. requires ship address/phone. i gave them their own contact address/phone
chuckle at the thought of their own business partners sending them ad spam
turns out most images weren't loading because i was even blocking same-site large media. now most images will probably load.
most pictures on bluesky i don't even see because i use #uBlock Origin. if a post has no meaningful text content and the image spies on you from another site is it really even worth it?
pixel art stick figure of wizard in a purple hat and a strong forward stance shooting 4 slightly wiggly pink lines from the left of the frame to the right of the frame. now with a shiny solid white background.
60-second wizard-drawing challenge: retry (added white background layer)
i appreciate that argument. i notice the default behavior of LLMs is to generate massive walls of text. i'm forced to use them for work. i have a custom instruction that makes their responses extremely slim, frequently their only response is "Yes" or "No". but i can't control "AI" companies :(
is it time to make a dark web reddit clone?
"don't use them" is a terrible idea; they exist and they can be useful. use them as they are: tools in a toolbox; not a "friend" or "expert". they are pattern matchers, fancy search engines. not thinkers. not "intelligent", not even "artificial" intelligence.
i was brought onto macOS from a young age, but it was the last straw when an apple update no longer allowed Little Snitch to block macOS' phone-home activities, rendering us unable to protect our privacy from OUR OWN personal devices! now i joyfully run #OpenSnitch, FOSS alternative.
this is only the current and most in-your-face battle in a long, long war that a capitalist-fueled government is waging against our personal privacy under the guise of "protect the children" and "terrorists".
my recommendation to switch to linux is a matter of life-long liberation and personal safety, not flame wars or elitism. linux can do almost everything windows/macOS can do. DM or @ me. games/media, productivity, private chat/audio/video, web browsing, software dev, and on and on.
please don't divulge your personal identity to websites! that feeds the power-hungry fascists! we must fight back, and we need the tech giants to fight on our behalf by helping them feel our pain. put pressure on their finances to force them to take legal action!
microsoft windows is a user-spying platform/OS; setting up a fresh install of windows to the minimum possible amount of spying is tedious. i recommend linux.
