The doll looked just like her: the same curly blonde hair, the same soft skin. Everything was perfect, except the eyes. No matter how many sets I tried they never looked quite right.
I have a good feeling about these ones. They're the freshest I've ever had!

I actually used this sketchbook page to create a creature design! I don't think it was bad. It was kind of giving "Star Wars Alien Queen," so maybe I'll post it here some time.

One of my biggest pet peeves is books that should be categorized as literary or contemporary fiction being categorized as something else. It is 100% just to get more sales, but I believe it genuinely harms the reading experience

The way some artists use color makes me feel a biblical type of envy

I might start doing some "mini" book reviews here in the future. I love talking about and going into depth about my opinions on books, but I don’t get a ton of conversation in places like GoodReads or StoryGraph

I can’t wait to have a desk big enough to house all my filming equipment. Right now it’s just all on the floor under my desk lol

My favorite art supply has to be pens. Microns, ballpoints, fountains, I just love ink, which I guess is unsurprising given my art style

They told us it was just a regular clean-up, but I could sense something in their tone. This fire... This explosion... If this is a simple job, why does every man higher than me in the chain look at me like I'm already dead and buried?

I really do like how this turned out. I used a different brush for coloring/shading than usual to create a bit of a softer effect on the flowers and I think it worked great!

Morsel by Carter Keane has got to be one of my favorite ARCs I’ve read so far this year, and it’s finally available!
If you enjoy a sticky, summer horror filled with bugs and creatures in the woods, I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I’ve been slowly working on learning to sketch in my sketchbook. I’m still a bit too reliant on references, but I’m trying to draw more from imagination!

I do really love gaming but sometimes learning a new game is so overwhelming. I just want to play my childhood 3DS games

I KNOW THIS SAYS INKTOBER ON IT but there's a reason. I was using this sketchbook to work out some ideas for last Inktober but I got HORRENDOUSLY sick for six full months.
