The Plutonian comic was so bad, it made my teeth hurt. Humor varies from one planet to the next, but there are only so many ways you can recycle the joke about how Jupiterans dance like this, and Plutonians dance like that.

I responded "Deactivate my account." That was today, and so far all I've gotten is the "we received your message & will get back to you" response that I expected 2 days ago.
I followed their exact directions and shouldn't have to jump through the same hoops multiple times.
After 24 hours, I sent Legal a 2nd email asking they acknowledge receipt of my message. A day later, I got similar emails from Service and Legal, trying to argue me out of it, saying accounts like mine (no books on the platform, just a royalty split from an anthology) would not be charged. (1/2)
