A four-panel illustration showing that diabetes can affect people at any stage of life. Top left: A child stands with one foot on a football while checking their blood glucose with a small device. Top right: A pregnant woman sits comfortably on a sofa and checks her blood sugar while another woman looks on supportively. Bottom left: A middle-aged construction worker wearing a hard hat and safety vest checks his glucose monitor while speaking with a colleague. Bottom right: An older woman in a wheelchair reads a book with a smiling young girl beside her, who is holding a cat. The panels are labelled: “Diabetes can… affect people… at any stage… of life.”

This image has a bright blue background and features 18 cartoon-style penguins, each representing a different species. The penguins are arranged in three rows, with their names written underneath in black text. The species shown are Adelie, African, Chinstrap, Emperor, Erect-Crested, Fiordland, Galapagos, Gentoo, Humboldt, King, Little Blue, Macaroni, Magellanic, Rockhopper, Royal, Snares, and Yellow-Eyed. Each penguin has distinct features such as different colors, patterns, and head crests. The Emperor penguin is the tallest, while the Little Blue penguin is the smallest. The text at the bottom in bold black letters reads “KNOW YOUR PENGUINS,” followed by “Happy Penguin Awareness Day - January 20th” in a smaller font. There is also a small pink narwhal illustration in the bottom right corner.
Don't forget: today is Penguin Awareness Day. Make sure you know your penguins!

Bird Island is one of the smaller islands just off South Georgia, a sub-Antarctic Island which is a haven for birds and seals 🦭
