Picked up a part time job recently to get myself moving more. Sadly didn’t know going in that would equal my boss telling me first day I go in and pick up 11-12 hour shifts for people on top of an 11 & 8 hour day. 😮‍💨 I am already utterly exhausted and hope my hours can change.

I don’t normally talk about mental health, but I feel like it’s something that gives and takes a lot from people. Everyone breaks down once and awhile and when I do and can’t handle it, I disassociate. Every time I do, I find myself at the bottom of a lake near an old house of mine from high-school. It’s the most deceitful peace I’ve ever felt. I’m totally ok, I just want to express some of the tough experiences through my art.
