I've done my 1st test print of the Reidpath tank! It's come out quite well, but there's a few things I've got to tweak before it goes up on the shop. I recon the first batch will be up for sale in the next few days! 😁
layout in action

Watch it go! (The SP engine hasn't run in a long time so I chose it to pull this train)
A stalinist era Marx facsimile EMD E7A painted for Rock Island sits next to some. smoking wire leads in a narrowly averted conflagration
Almost burned the workshop to the ground running this POS Marx E unit, but it works, so back to the client it goes.
Translation: they are proposing a bill that says you cannot under any circumstances use a computer for any purpose without allowing the United States government continuous monitoring and a backdoor
An HO scale dome car shell wearing its factory silver pajnt
The car has the trans flag livery applied, the baggage car is for comparison
Assembled and part of a train
Dome car!
We got trains going on the new layout
I hate Al and I refuse to use it Peter, if you don't use Al a bunch of super rich men will lose a lot of money I already said I hated Al Harry, you don't need to sell it to me
A geared steam engine rounds the corner on the anchor bay project layout interurban era is building.
We all want to drive trains in a circle from time to time, some people just like to repress that facet of the hobby for perverted, artificially performative reasons.
Sometimes you just need to zone out and watch train go brrrr.
My EMD FT shell repainted again
The EMD FT reassembled with its baggage car
Finally got it!
ok slow down OK SLOW DOWN OK SLOW DOWN
They've released images of upcoming Lego City sets...
I want it! I need it! I really like her... mane?
Gone and taken all my models off the shelf, as I plan on building a new one in the near future, and figured this job will need doing anyway
77 pictured here (76 excluding Britannia, whose with a friend, 75 including the two N gauge ones), and that’s still not my entire lineup…
This was worth it
First look at Lady Grange's model prop before it goes on set tomorrow for its first bit of filming for the test episode of Miniature Railway Adventures. Really, REALLY pleased on how this turned out.
Just heard:
"You don't have to be good to enjoy a hobby."
Such truth.
Happy 80th Birthday to the legendary Tim Curry! 🖤
The Carmarthenshire Model Railway Exhibition in Kidwelly was a fantastic event! A huge well done to the West Wales Railway Modellers for putting on such a great show with a brilliant variety of layouts on display.

I'm so sorry
gordon was emasculated
Silas didnt mind returning the empties before "speeding" through with the directors carriage
If you're UK based, I would seriously give this a look.
2 years ago, overhead was freshly completed
do not let this fucking pass I beg of you.
Cool! I was gonna ask if the ship was about to be taken out of service or decommissioned etc.
Thank you for it! Hope you enjoy it when it drops!
I realise the livery does make it look like a certain TERF magic train. But its a different class of loco, and it is a similar colour to the maroon red it would of worn in service at the LMS. I didn't want people to think I was recreating that because... FUCK HARRY POTTER!
A low, side shot of my 3D printed Princess Anne body shell. The body shell is fitted onto a Triang Princess class chassis. The livery is a bright red, similar to the maroon red it would of worn in service. The Princess Anne has cylinders in place of where it originally would of had turbines in its former build, the Turbomotive.
A top down, side shot of the loco on the same side. The loco is using Triang metal buffers instead of printed ones.
A top down, side shot from the other side of the loco. The details are mirrored on this side, as is prototypical.
A back view of the loco, currently without a tender. A bit of the cab detail is on display here.
Here's a first print of my #3Dprinted Turbomotive after its rebuild, Princess Anne. Thanks to @hacksworthsidings.bsky.social for suggesting I design this. I didn't realise how different the rebuild was to a conventional princess class, and I love how the loco looks #modelrailway #3Dprintable
