This creature is covered in spines, meaning upon death, it explodes. This creature represents Felix’s self loathing behaviour.

This Zuki doppelgänger takes the form of a teenage Felix, unlike the other 2 this creature is passive just like the Leper Zuki from The Zuki Mask 2.

Similar to The Leper Zuki, it emits a toxic gas that makes Felix ill.

One of The Zuki Demons cruelest doppelgängers. Zuki Joan attacks by projectile vomiting while its intestines feed on the flesh covered walls.

Its revealed albeit indirectly that Joan struggled with an eating disorder, the Zuki Demon only weaponized it.

What he actually saw is grotesque pulsating flesh covered places. The worst part is that he was only 7 when he was possessed by The Zuki Demon, so it definitely traumatized him. Even as an adult, those scars remained with him.
