It was absolutely gorgeous...and so lovely to swim in sunshine brfore the rain arrived this afternoon
Didn't have a thermometer with me, but it felt quite comfortable. Bass and Derwentwater are always the 'warmer' lakes and I wore my shorty as I wanted to stay in longer

A local recommendation was Falling Foss, but the descent was treacherous and there was v little water, so we abandoned. There will be other days and swims - it's always important to know when to say 'no' and turn back ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฆ
