Hobby and Club Listing Solutions: USA Slot Car Racing Tracks Slot car racing has been a beloved hobby since the 1960s, with a strong community of racers and collectors across North America. While commercial tracks and private clubs exist in many regions, they often struggle to gain visibility outside their immediate area. As a result, racers frequently miss out on discovering clubs and tracks nearby. To solve this, we built…

A multi-lingual website for a member-driven Professional Development & Advocacy Organization The End-of-Life Doulas Association of Canada is a member-driven professional organization dedicated to expanding the role and recognition of Death Doulas across Canada. Their long-term vision is to establish national standards and a registry for the Death Doula profession. Their original single-page website had evolved into a complex site with cumbersome navigation, hindering user experience. Additionally, the association required a French translation to better engage Death Doulas in Quebec.

Non-profit Communications: A Dollar A Day Impact Report 2024 We worked with the national charity, The Dollar A Day Foundation, to reinvigorate and reimagine their yearly impact report. Individuals and corporate donors use the Dollar A Day Foundation to fund small, street-level charities across Canada to provide real-time mental health support services to those in crisis. We helped The Dollar A Day Foundation reorganize its document approach and focus its messaging, helping current and prospective donors better understand the organization's driving philosophy and successes. Created to work as well in print as online, the new report works as a framework for future communication strategies.

They produce full-scale productions, workshops, and community events to ensure that everyone—regardless of experience or accessibility needs—can participate in the world of theatre. Should You Use AI in Your Messaging? The Answer Might Surprise You. I was going to talk about something else this time, but five people have asked me about this, so now seems like the right time. So, should you use AI to generate your marketing messages? The answer is: well, kinda, maybe, sort of—sometimes. My biggest issue with AI is that most AI-generated content has a distinct "look" or "sound," and once you notice it, it's hard to unsee.

Your Midweek Marketing Morsel: Never forget, you’re forgettable Here’s a tough truth: Your business is forgettable. Not because you’re not amazing at what you do – it’s because people are busy. We often assume others think like us, share our concerns, and notice what we notice. True in some aspects, not so much in others. Your business is important to you and probably top of mind for your friends and family.

Helping a local service company knock it out of the park: Quality Water Filtration Systems We love working with small, local businesses as much as large, national ones. Let's face it, small companies may hire an agency, but they never get the same level of attention of that agency's bigger clients do - until the invoice is due that is. We ensure that local businesses get the same service and focus as anyone else. ROI is important to us…

Your Midweek Marketing Morsal: A/B test every bulk communication – don’t leave valuable data on the table! Regardless of how big or small your outreach audience is, you should still A/B test your outreach efforts. A/B testing means using two versions of a communication to determine which one generates the best response. These versions are divided randomly among your contact list. Most email marketing platforms, like MailChimp, offer this feature. Ideally, test only one element at a time.
