I'm so f'ing tired of this crap, I truly don't know wtf to do. I'm in my apartment, it is disgustingly filthy and poorly maintained (far worse than I realized Saturday night), the manager is ignoring my texts asking about a mailbox or key, I discovered broken glass scattered inside the window frame when I opened it. Possibly the worst thing is that it reeks of insecticide or cleaning chemicals or God knows what and it hasn't dissipated since Saturday night. My bed and possessions are huddled in the middle of the room because the walls are disgustingly dirty (angry face emoji)
I'm month-to-month, landlords can end tenancy at will (with I believe 60 days notice), I'm afraid to say anything, I could wind up homeless again. Landlord tenant law sucks here
The floor is the cleanest part because I was able to sweep & mop - it's impossible for me to do any of the rest of it.
