Reddit does have really strict rules about self promotion, even if a particular subreddit allows it- automod can delete stuff without mod approval. I assume it's because they want you to pay for ads there.
I've had some success paying for ads on reddit, it can be cheap enough to be worth a try.
Easily one of my favorite early PC adventure/rpg games of all time, it hits all the right buttons and the writers clearly love puns. Your character graduates from a correspondence school for heroes! The school for wizardry is called W.I.T.! Space quest 4 references Quest for Glory 2! Wonderful games
