I have endo cramps in my back and its been great for it for me, it distracts from the actual pain
Yes! Heating pads are lifesavers. Have you tried a tens unit? It helped quite a bit during the really bad days
I load up on ibuprofen + take magnesium pills + drink raspberry leaf tea + put castor oil on the area AND use a heating pad (to the point of toasted skin syndrome) only for the pain to go down from an 8 to a 6.
Endo is the WORST.
