When tariffs tip us into a recession, gas prices and other prices do go down because of poor demand. Businesses who can’t afford to pass the tariff to the consumer or absorb it go out of business. So many things do get cheaper, but then the economy is in a recession.

Thank you, but the tear is more like a gash… I think I caught it on something and didn’t notice it until is went across the entirety of the upper arm.

Somehow, I got a tear on the silk/cotton voile shirt. Love that shirt. A benefit of learning how to sew, I picked up a couple of silk/cotton lawn by Nani Iro on our weekend trip to NY to replace it, along with some black linen to make up some wide leg trousers.

Facebook memory from today, March 19, 2017. I pulled my sewing machine out of its box for the first time in years since my kids were small. This time, I really learned to sew, joining the #memadewardrobe trend. Creativity is a good stress reliever. Here we are again.
