The new #software version 8.1 of our #BeamConstruct #lasermarking software is out now. Beside some corrections and several new features and functions, it now supports two new major platforms: #Ubuntu 24.04 #LTS for #ARM64 (used e.g. with the #RaspberryPi ) and #AMD64

Did you ever try to set all #scanner and #laser delays to the same value or to zero? It does not work. To ensure reliable and reproducible results even with very short vectors, some conditions have to be met.

Out now: #NX02 is a new #scannercard #interface which is more simple to use and to connect than everything else out there: up to three axes can be transferred using two simple wires - and even the polarity of these #wires does not matter.

Our #scannercard s are already known for an extremely low #powerconsumption - with hardware revision 1.8 this could be reduced even more for #E1803D #controller. During operation, it consumes about 25% less compared to previous versions - and resulting from that it produces less heat.#HALaserSystems

0,05% is the overall #failure rate of our hardware products (warranty-relevant defects based on the total number of single boards sold since 2014). This clearly shows our products are very reliable and really #industry grade.

When enabled, BeamConstruct counts how often/how much external devices are used. When #maintenance is due, a warning is issued.
