Last night the Grenfell Memorial passed through the House of Commons, giving the authority for the Government to provide the funding for a fitting memorial and it's upkeep, in addition to an archive and exhibition.

On the issue of #docklessbikes this is on the border of #Surrey where #Lime aren’t allowed but pple want/need them. Bikes seemingly abandoned on a deserted bit of road used by those who need to get to the station, and it’s the border where they stop. #LowerHamptonRd. @cyclinguk.bsky.social #cycling

24/7 congestion charge is missing. Evenings/weekends way too many driving in to London deterring those who’d #cycle. Some junctions still have no #ROW for #walking #cycling. Eg #PrincesGate to HydePk.

Also why not #dangerousdriving - this wasn’t careless nor inconsiderate. She absolutely knew what she was doing.

Strong policy around removing motor traffic from village/town/city centres would be a start so that antis cannot make constant costly appeals against such measures. So time wasting/futile. Investing in better #PT #cycling will help achieve targets.

Annoyingly I can’t remember. Someone I follow on LinkedIn I think. Seems relevant tho. Uber drivers often literally stop mid lane to let pple out or in. Plus many delivery drivers rarely park properly.
