I also have a poster (P51) in which I combine my work in developing a liver-on-chip with my colleagues (Renée Moerkens & @jorammooiweer.bsky.social ) work on developing a gut-on-chip, all from the same iPSC donors to study personalized drug response.

Come by, and let's discuss! 😊

After a lot of new input (and completely jet lagged) today, I will present my PhD project at @riken-bdr.bsky.social during the BDR-CuSTOM joint meeting, which starts today!

Super exciting opportunity to discuss my work with world-leading experts in stem cells and model system development.

“The world’s a shit show, so why not put 💩 on a chip?

Scientists created an iPSC-derived intestine-on-a-chip with fecal microbiota—uncovering epithelium-specific biomarkers & microbial factors linked to melanoma outcomes. Cutting-edge #OrganOnChip tech!
