Happy Easter! For Christians, today is the holiest day on the calendar, marking the resurrection of Jesus Christ. People of all walks of life are coming together with friends and family to eat good food with good company. And of course, with lots of chocolate eggs for the kids.
Recently visited Hopcott Farms in Pitt Meadows, a multi-generational family operation. From cranberry fields to the butcher shop, it’s a great opportunity to shop local.
When we #BuyBC, we get fresh products, support our neighbours and strengthen our local economy.
Today, we celebrate the achievements of transgender, Two-Spirit and non-binary people.
Today is also a reminder that not everyone is free to live their lives safely. Many still face hate and discrimination, and struggle to access the life-saving health care and supports.

Our new legislation to protect the sanctuary of places of worship from hate, disruption or intimidation.
British Columbians deserve to learn, work and worship without fear of violence and intimidation.
