I rustled up a perfect bound notepad (the sort you can rip a page from for lists etc).
I plan to take it away with me soon, but it's also a practice for a range of new stock!

It uses up leftover decorative card, remnants of bookcloth, & greyboard from envelopes.

Behind the Scenes: here you find me editing a 16th century pamphlet. I spend several hours 'cleaning' the scanned original and removing the background so that I can reproduce it to the highest quality I can.
I do this for each pamphlet I reprint.

Items I bought Saturday! Marbled paper & curved needles.

It was the AGM for my branch of The Society of Bookbinders.
Being a new member, I was excited but extremely nervous.
There was also a show & tell, people selling supplies, & a quiz to round off the day!

How many sketchbooks did this customer commission?!
They requested 2 small, and 1 A5, in my Victorian style covers with 135gsm paper. All were gifts.
I've since been told that the artists are enjoying using them!
