Ok kinda made it sound like this is a burden. It’s absolutely not, I love my mom and gladly help take care of her. It was the stress over her heart issue and the possibility of open heart surgery at her age stressed me out. All I could focus on was her well being

Mama Bun’s procedure went well and it was all good news. I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders. She has one major heart procedure left but it won’t have to be open heart and I’m so glad by that.
I’ll finally have the spoons to do more for myself 🥹

Ngl feeling extra overwhelmed today. Almost finished up a pinup project but I’ve been spiraling about my mom’s procedure tomorrow. I’m praying she doesn’t need emergency surgery.

Kinda behind on like all of my projects right now. I'm slowly trying to get back on track. My mom's health has taken an interesting turn and it's fallen onto my shoulders to make sure things like her medical appointments and medication are taken care of. I'll get back to posting regular art again.
