Monarchs can bounce back, if we work together! Here are 3 actions you can do right now to help:
🌷 Look up which milkweed species are native to your area
💖 Find a local conservation group to volunteer with
🦋 Tell US Fish & Wildlife you support protections for monarchs at xerces.org/monarch-letter
Hummingbird moth approaching a beebalm flower
Bumbler on a beebalm blossom
Fritillary butterfly on beebalm
Bumblebee on beebalm
Bloomscrolling is SO MUCH better than doomscrolling!!
The Beebs is one of my favorites in the garden, although I think I say that about a lot of plants!🌱
#monardafistulosa, native beebalm, in the mint family always looks like it is glowing! You should definitely plant some!

Please don't spray your yard for mosquitoes and avoid pesticides. You might think you're targeting one thing and you are not.
In fact, pesticides can drift from ag fields as far as 15 feet, so there is an example of how those toxins are not containable.
Using presidential emergency powers to sideline environmental protections is unprecedented— and dangerous. Frontline communities and vital ecosystems will pay the price for these reckless actions. We won’t let these policies go unchallenged. ejus.tc/4arpejE
