Members of the Evergreen High Girls and Boys Basketball Teams delivered pizzas to EFR 4/6 to thank emergency responders for their service. The annual Pizza Delivery has become a tradition because of the EHS Athletic Dept. We are grateful for the support from YOU, our community. @ehs__cougars
We challenged students at the School of Mines and Evergreen High to reduce all the biomass created by mitigation. On 4/3, 55 students shared their proposals and 4 teams won the Innov8x Biomass Challenge. We applaud innovative thinking that contributes to risk reduction. #EverythingforYOU

Sometimes receiving cookies is more than it appears. When Girl Scouts delivered donated cookies on 3/20, our firefighters also chatted with these girls about leadership & careers they may not have considered. Moments like this matter because they help develop leaders to serve YOU. #EverythingforYOU

Girl Scouts and EFR personnel atop Rescue 142
We serve YOU, our community, but today some of our community’s Girl Scouts visited and brought boxes of cookies to share with our personnel. We’re grateful they already enjoy serving others. Maybe someday some of them will serve all of us with Evergreen Fire/Rescue.

EFR responded to a 3/4-acre grass fire at CR 73 and Malamute Dr on 3/13. Firefighters extinguished the perimeter, dug a handline around it, and cold-trailed the black, which means they felt for heat to make sure the fire was completely out (that's what they're doing in the video). #EverythingforYOU
Weather Report: 3/13 - winds could drop to 10-20 mph, with gusts of 40. Rh will be 12–18%, with temps over 60F.

EFR personnel responded to 78 emergencies from 7 am to 7 pm. We couldn’t do it without help from Jeffcom911, JCSO, CCSO, Clear Creek Road & Bridge, Jeffco Wildfire Module, Xcel, CORE, and all our vigilant residents. All those partners helped us respond faster and protect YOU. #EverythingforYOU
We frequently get asked, "How many incidents do you get in a day?" It depends on the day, but Feb. 25 EFR responded to 17 emergencies dispatched by Jeffcom 911. That included 7 calls within a 90-minute period. EFR responded promptly to each because that's how we serve YOU. #EverythingforYOU
