On the plus side, it was warm enough to setup an overnight print that did not need me to be around to keep an eye on the heater.
On the downside, the rando base decoration bits I put in to help fill the plate failed, then the tank cleaning failed, so have to replace the FEP I was putting off.

At that 90% done stage where all that's left are those fiddly tweaks that you only notice once everything is assembled. Pushing the ectoplasm glow on the skeletons, for example.

(And yes this is about Achilles/Next Wave. It is such a turn off when models you have spent time, money, and effort on are yoinked away due to some story you never touch at the table. Doubly so when they are yoinked away and given to another faction. Triply when they are also given dinosaurs.)

The #infinity preview at #adepticon yesterday felt kinda lackluster. I'm still on my CB boycott til ALEPH gets made whole, so the lack of details on the new OSS box doesn't excite me much.

I'm so far behind in N5 who knows if I'll even care in 6 months.

Yeah, the official paintjob reads hair, but when I look at the mini up close, that 'hair' seems to be going into holes in the skull, while the side 'hair' wants to connect below where the ear would be. Without some other part of the sculpt reinforcing the idea that there's wisps of magic, it's hard.
