Manipulating people is my antagonist’s bread and butter.

He will ALWAYS get someone else to do tasks for him, usually the protagonist, but he’s so good at it that his target doesn’t realise they’re being used.

He will only step in if revenge is involved. Then he’ll make it personal. Very personal.

Every once in a while you stumble upon a gem of an article. This is it. Fantastically written. The epitome of chaotic evil.

Some men just want to watch the world burn and I would very much like to be in that bar grinning along with them.

Spoiler alert: it doesn’t, and frankly, trying to get a hair sample from a rabid animal is asking for trouble, but you can see how the phrase morphed into its current usage. 3/4

The full phrase is “the hair of the dog that bit you” and comes from the belief that if you place the hair of the rabid dog that bit you onto the wound, it will cure you of rabies. 2/4

Do you know what time it is? It’s fact o’clock! For anyone who has ever woken with a hangover, the phrase “hair of the dog” refers to drinking alcohol to ease the splitting headache you’re feeling. The origin is surprisingly literal and relates to my favourite disease: rabies. 1/4
