Thanks Dave! The main reason I thought these birds were Shags was because of the crests as I didn't think Cormorants had these. Could you just clarify that for me. Many thanks!

@teesbirds.bsky.social Delighted to see 41 LT fledglings on the beach at Seaton this afternoon. Most were very proficient at flight too. My joy at this was tempered when I returned to the promenade & with a minute the Kestrel swooped in, took an adult LT & sat in the breeding area eating it ๐
