She ALWAYS feels guilt for it. That's why she doesn't eat unless she gets the chance to with a criminal, but if she doesn't find one, she doesn't eat at all. Drinks of smokes it off to try and put her hunger off for a little longer. Innocent casualties are extremely rare.
