To be eligible for poster prizes, your abstract must be submitted before September 19. These abstracts will be reviewed by our committee, and a selected number of abstracts will then undergo a 2nd round of judging during the poster sessions.

In addition to the Travel Awards to the CEEHRC Annual Meeting (deadline for applications is September 19), prizes are awarded for the best posters. Due to the sheer volume of abstracts we receive, it is impossible to judge every single poster.

We have slots open for exciting long, short, and rapid-fire talks and we can't wait to go over all the excellent submissions we receive!
Trainee awards are also available to subsidize travel and registration to the meeting. We pride ourselves on being trainee-friendly!
