I definitely can hear my own thoughts, it's almost constant. I can visualize most things, though the level of detail varies. Reading and writing is "voiced" by my inner voice.

Day 13, almost made it to full 30 minutes cardio but I got dizzy. It's possible my blood pressure dropped too low since changing some meds.
