Btw default is 96, generally setting it to 48 did the trick on my old PC
If I *really* needed to squeeze all the performance I could get, I'd set it to 24, but it really makes it a bit more cumbersome to use samples

If it helps, setting the timebase to a lower number can help a LOT with performance

It *might* cause some small side effects tho so it's not perfect, but either way it has saved me on several ocassions (?
