Also having a running buddy helps. My husband ran 2.5 marathons in the past and got out of the habit, so him gunning it at 10 min/mile was sending me to the upper room (blurred vision, unable to talk). We took it down to a 13 minute pace and it was still challenging but doable. #progress

I am now in week 4 of a #couchto10k program I randomly found on Pinterest. It took me 3 weeks before I could run without a stitch in my side, and this week I figured out it worked out better to run at a set pace.It's...somewhat decent now? Music really helps #beginnerrunning #running.
