That one was 906 pounds. You can stand it up if you had to by backing up to the seat crouching down getting a hold below the seat and start pushing back and up. It will come up. But like mating elephants it is done with a great deal of roaring and screaming! Much easier if someone is with you!

It was absolutely still except for the mountain cracking and popping. A few insects were about. it was gray and ash had a concrete like crust about an inch thick of so. Your boots barely left a mark in it

It is our pleasure. I had kind of forgotten about them till we started talking about Heidi, the the floppy eared Dobie! St. Helens Photo Archive hasn't showed up. I suppose they will be along.

I can't make the cut for residency. You have to have X cash on hand. You have to take in X monthly. We don't make the cut there. Just short. It would make my history studies much more interesting. We can visit for up to 6 months. That would be fine but you can't do it annually.

LOL! That is an undeniable reality! Always seemed like about the best things ever. A spontaneous performance of Zorba. Makes me smile just thinking about it!

Hmm... I am 3 generations removed from Leswalt in Wigtownshire. After reading your translations... I am afraid my Scots language stayed on the old sod, on the way out apparently!

A pup backpack will get the dogo up out of the undesirables!

I love this thing... I am so far behind it generally I never play it but I crack it out in some of the unsecured fun modes! What a roar it is to play!

I have another one that came out OK. This is of a blast damage pinnacle covered with what was a evergreen forest looking north toward Mt Rainier in the background. This one is true to the slide. Taken in August of 82 on Kodachrome with a Minolta XG1

Me too!

I am trying. The slide is holding detail I can't lift the way I am doing it with the values on the film. The near ridge is 1000 feet from me and in early morning shadow the Mountain is in bright sunlight 4 miles distant. Going to buy a cheap digitizer and try that!
