This Earth Day, help us rewild Britain 🌱
Ambitious rewilders are raring and ready to go, but too often they’re stalled by a lack of funding and support. You can help us give them the critical start-up and development resources they need👇

It's been a landmark week for big-picture thinking on land use, and how better approaching it can secure a wilder, greener and more resilient future 🙌
Yesterday the UK Gov published its first ever Land Use Framework (LUF) and the Scottish Gov released its Fourth Land Use Strategy (LUS).

A new rewilding alliance has launched in Wales!
The Welsh Rewilding Alliance has published a new report. The Welsh Way to Wild is a clear, practical vision for how rewilding can work in Wales

All you need to know about how large herbivores transform the land through their dynamic behaviours 🦬

They are still really useful terms to show the importance of restoring lost species, and to explain how they affect natural processes

A few months ago, a small group from the Rewilding Network headed to Cefn Garthenor 🏴
This was our first Network visit to Wales and it couldn’t have been more exciting. The group got the chance to explore the beaver enclosure at Cefn, which is one of the first in Wales.

Our seas need proper protections, not backtracking and half measures 🪸
We're incredibly disappointed by Defra's response to the recommendation to ban bottom trawling across 41 marine protected areas (MPAs) despite the public consultation not closing until 29 September.
