Very impt piece of work on precise diagnosis of APOL1 mediated kid dxs. Patients with N264K (M1) co-inherited with G2 may have other kidney dxs and not AMKD. Huge implications for use of emerging AMKD therapy and interpretation of CT. Congratulations @genetickidneydoc.bsky.social and collaborators🎉
