My Doc said to avoid politics for a while & to limit my volunteer work, as I have the Va Hospital(2 to 3 days a week), the Food Bank(once a week), the Community Ecology Group (every other weekend) and our Community Help Center ( once a week). Throw in Protest and Rallies and I guess he's right.
