Made a ginger beer today, extra pale ale malt, loads of ginger and a little bit of sugar.
Hit all my numbers so hopefully it comes out alright.

This is the only pic I can find of it, this was 2 weeks after bottling - it did get some more carb than this. 11%
Muntons Craft Pale Ale malt (just used that as my base malt to give it try for a few months - slightly less extraction than MO, but tasty enough), I intended to use EKG but forgot to buy any so ended up using Apollo which was the best I had to hand - it was a bit of a day...
I boiled 35l down to ~9l
I made a smash barleywine by boiling for 5 hours last year, loads of effort but it tasted great (imo)
Haggis is one of my faves, not had it in ages though. Looks tasty!

Brewed the Belgian Strong Golden Ale recipe from the Greg Hughes book today, haven't used candi sugar for a while so was fun. Grains composted and yeast pitched:)

Played a couple of game tonight - a print and play game I printed yesterday (Sprawlopolis) and a legacy game (Legends of Yu) lots of fun!

Been a bit slow on the brewing recently, a buddy in work gave me this Düsseldorf alt kit so I've had a go on Thursday
Also turned this cheap 33l AliExpress SS pan into a fermenter so we'll see how that goes.
