Granted I did also start some other meds around that time too, so maybe it's them making me feel like crap, but I suspect it's a joint effort. Luckily I have a phone call with my GP on Thursday and a video call with a PoTS specialist on Friday. 🤞🏼

I have my ADHD tritation phone call in the morning. I've been having these every month or so since August '25. We just can't seem to get the right meds or the right dosage or possibly a combo of the two. All I know is I've felt like crap for 8 months now 😔

My pain seems to be under some kind of control at last. Now to hopefully get some rest before work tomorrow!

I know it's a really bad day when I can't even process written words. I read the word "sandwich" as "banana" several times and I was so confused!

My Visible home screen. I only get 15 pace points per day and I hit that number at 3pm. The photo shows I had used 42.6 points by 1am and even laying in bed trying to relax, my heart rate was in the active zone at 83 bpm and that had only just gone down from 140bpm . Photo also shows today I was on a "one" day, which means I should have rested, only I couldn't as I had work which has put my pain levels through the roof

Photo shows a graph from today's Visible App. There are blue spikes (active zone) and red spikes (exertion zone). Ideally the spikes should be white (rest zone) with some blue ones here and there. Instead there are no white spikes. The photo also shows my heart rate hit 150bpm even though at that point I was just sat down at work

I'm in so much pain tonight I've been trying to sleep after having my meds, but the pain got worse and I've just been laying in bed crying with restless legs going bonkers too. It's been a pretty bad day all round tbf. My Visible band agrees with me

They should get better (hopefully!) my first week or so on ADHD meds was rough, then I started to see positives and the bad things calmed down. I've since changed meds twice and both changes had a rough first 7-10 days, then it started getting so much better! I hope you'll have the same 🩷

Been really enjoying picking up the randomiser stuff again - it's such a specific type of technology, carefully writing templates and word lists. It has a deliberateness you can't achieve in AI slop whilst also having the fun of mashing buttons and seeing what bullshit I can make it spit out.
