Mine was under the tongue.
Fingers crossed they find it. I empathise as I went through a similar thing some years ago.
Rare image of a stork delivering a baby!
A starfield filled with thousands of stars and shining clouds of dust. The Milky Way\u2019s elegant spiral structure is dominated by just two arms wrapping off the ends of a central bar of stars. Spanning more than 100,000 light-years, Earth is located along one of the galaxy\u2019s spiral arms, about halfway from the center. Credit: NASA
OH. MY. GOD.
THIS IS THE MILKY WAY SHOT BY THE ARTEMIS II CREW. LOOK AT ALL THOSE STARS!!!!
Impossible to disagree with a single word that Ben Rhodes (Obama era NSC official) is saying here:
Is this Kyle’s new job?
A wood fern frond
Say hello to my little frond
It doesn’t matter whether the rate of global warming is increasing. It’ll never cease to amaze me that people don’t care that it’s happening at all. It should be the most alarming thing ever.

Popped to the shop with the little dog to get a couple of pears. Didn’t have a bag, so took a doggy poo bag off the lead and popped the pears in there. Heading home met another dog walker, who looked at our pear stuffed poo bag with something between fear and awe.
More than 50 heat records were broken across Australia in the last week of January, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
This is climate change, and it can be lethal.
Well... this adds up
As many Australians reel from another week of record-breaking heat, it’s worth remembering what's driving the worsening extreme weather we're experiencing: climate pollution from burning coal, oil and gas.
@jessharwoodart.bsky.social simplifies it for us perfectly.
Can’t believe they released the Epstein files to cover up for the Melania movie.
Victoria has officially recorded its hottest temperature ever in the town of Hopetoun in the state's north west.
At 4.04pm this afternoon, Hopetoun's temperature soared to 48.9ºC, beating the previous record of 48.8ºC in the same town during the Black Saturday bushfires.
This is climate change.
My vote is for Geelong. I loved the walks along the Barwon and Eastern Beach, close to the You Yangs, Bellarine and Surf Coast. And home to the mighty Cats!
For those who haven’t seen it yet, here’s the full 3-minute version of this year’s Australia Day Lamb promo, featuring meatfluencer Sam Kekovich. www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2uv...

Sad but sadly inevitable news on #biodiversity

The Albanese govt’s first term was the second most secretive on record.
Rather than changing their ways, they’re doubling down and tightening our FOI system to make it even harder to get information. Not a single expert or member of parliament outside of the Labor party has backed their new bill.
Two photos of a golden retriever taken six years apart. First photo is taken on the beach. The second photo is beside a pink rose.
Fast forward six years #roses #dogsofbsky #dogsofbluesky #goldenretriever
Bit more of this.
