These ads keep popping up on my Facebook, and I want to explain something.

These are trackers, yes, but not the way you think. You are literally GIVING away your health info. I used to track my cycle on Flo until I realized my info would be used elsewhere.

DO. NOT. USE. THESE APPS.

A close-up, ground-level photograph of a dense cluster of blooming tulips filling a raised garden bed in an urban environment. Bright yellow, deep orange, and creamy white tulips are tightly packed, with many fully open and showing their prominent green central stigmas. The yellow and orange flowers have slightly ruffled petal edges. The background is a slightly blurred street scene with pedestrians walking on the sidewalk and towering skyscrapers under a sunny, light-blue sky, in Chicago. The image is taken from a low angle, emphasizing the tulips against the architecture.

Good morning. Spring is trying, and given the temperatures, it's a good thing the tulips enjoy colder weather. #Photography #Today #Chicago #Spring

I don't think I'll ever get over Clarence Thomas ruling on cases related to Jan 6 knowing that his wife was an active participant in the attempted coup.

Or ruling on cases related to government regulations and a wealth tax knowing he took gifts from billionaires.

It's a disgrace.
