A lovely day - hard to cut it down to just #3GoodThings
- surprise rebate on my Council Tax 💰
- marmite and cheese oatcakes 😋
- after one week of the lift being broken I’m noticeably fitter 🥇

It’s awful that people mutilate them too by cutting off their ears. It looks hideous but at least it serves as a warning that the dog will have been brutalised by a cruel owner

- being made very welcome to my new job 🥰
- pasta for dinner 🍝
- early night tonight 😴
#3GoodThings
- gave the middle finger to a chap in a SUV, who was honking whilst I let a carer pull out in her car 🤬
- met a very cute lurcher😍
- homemade lasagna for lunch 😋
These are the friends I stayed with last year during Ramadan and Eid 😍
Usually I try to list #3GoodThings but by 8am this morning I’d cracked my phone screen, poured a bottle of ribena into my bag and trodden on a plug barefoot 😭
My humble submission to the new Bank of England with concepts for the new bank notes to please both sides.
How on earth can we continue with a World Cup hosted by a nation that is at war with other parts of the world?
It’s crazy! 🤷♂️
It seems to be the style in that region … I was stopped by IDF who had similar masks plus ‘welding goggles’ on top 😬

- Hannah Spencer 💚
- Zac Polanski 💚
- a little bit of hope coming back into my heart 💚💚💚
I’m smiling but it may be a little forced …
I’m feeling 14 today 😵💫
Oh much nicer but can it be ‘supermodels face’ as my feet are fine and don’t need any compliments
It has improved already but it’s a bit grim to have athletes foot on my face - id rather have something more glamorous 🙁
Had a rash - the teenager at the spa and her colleagues at the high end beauty counter told me my skin was aged but their lotions didn’t help at all. I saw a dermatologist yesterday and apparently I have athlete’s foot … on my face 😭 🦶
I don’t know which is worse #FootFaceFungus 😱
It is shocking and I would never have known if she hadn’t asked how she could find her favourite reruns of The Bill on her new telly as it was all Netflix and premium subscriptions and she likes to choose her programmes through the Radio Times … apparently ch 20 on Freeview is great
It was appalling - they didn’t send any paperwork so she thought it was free and even better she thought she was making a shrewd financial decision as she got 92p off the monthly broadband/phone fees whilst spending another £72 pm on junk
No one is perfect but it would really help if folk learned to say sorry if they’ve been a complete a***hat
92 year old friend had phoned her broadband provider as she couldn’t access the Sainsbury’s website and ended up with a tablet, new SIM card and a TV package including Netflix and sports for £133 a month. I’ve helped her find the Sainsbury’s app and got the rubbish cancelled 😡
Well yesterday was a stinker - went to work on a day off to have some training and spent 90 mins on the phone to IT instead
- visited a friend who was upset as her TV didn’t work… she’d been miss-sold a premium TV package she didn’t want/understand so 2 hours on the phone to the provider to cancel
And shame on the UK government for not acting to protect its citizens when they are treated this way. They undermine our rights at home, fail to make representations for citizens overseas and ignore our international humanitarian obligations when human rights are trampled over
Thank you .. I will chase this up
I hope I can get it all back … not a free trial at all 😡
Tried a free trial of Adobe Acrobat this morning and they’ve already charged me £26. So glad I didn’t chose the expensive options 🙃
#3GoodThings (all in one)
Attended an interesting online conference in my PJs and got a veggie burger delivered for my lunch 🍔
Absolutely wonderful… hot and spicy to warm me up on a wretched stormy night
It was lovely and the waiter hung my coat on a radiator so it was warm and dry 😊
