Wrote a list to get unstuck because my brain only works in lists right now.

What a celebration from Pant! Box office stuff.

This was just posted by @tbretc.bsky.social on another platform. The Chicago Sun-Times obviously gets ChatGPT to write a ‘summer reads’ feature almost entirely made up of real authors but completely fake books. What are we coming to?
Pretty sure my "perfect day" involves someone else handling all the invisible tasks. My thoughts on the elusive nature of relaxation and some wisdom from Camus and Wim Wenders.

Interesting initiative by Doon University. Also, TIL #India & #China launched a 2014 program to translate literary works between Hindi & Chinese. China finished all 25 Indian works, India just 5 before Galwan halted it. Hope they revive it to bridge the "Himalayan gap".

A Sunday spent well in the company of Delhi’s beautiful public parks (Lodhi Gardens in yesterday’s case), other readers, flowers, monuments, chai, and Orwell. Spring in #Delhi is really beautiful :)

Feeling a bit optimistic about this #FPL season's OR now. Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself.
Absolutely loved Anora but I wanted Demi to win sooo bad 😭 Mikey was brilliant but Demi.. once in a lifetime role and performance. #Oscars
Just as I was typing ‘cannot afford to drop these sitters’, Matthew Short ensures Afghanistan can breathe easy again. #AFGvsAUS
Honestly, this is great.

Can't wait for our book club's (virtual) discussion on 'I Who Have Never Known Men' tomorrow. It still hasn't left my mind since I finished it weeks ago. Happy it is becoming something of a sleeper hit now...Jacqueline Harpman is a genius and the book deserves every new reader it gains. #booksky
Was totally unintentional! Just joined the 7:30 pace group in the Sunday run club and managed to finish well. Didn't feel as miserable as I thought it would, which makes me feel ambitious about doing the race, hopefully, better. Thighs are still dying...but worth it. #runsky
Writing again feels so good. But sharing it? That's still the hard part. But I remind myself not to take myself too seriously. A little reflection on the often-maligned "overthinker" and why maybe, just maybe, we should cut ourselves some slack.

Some things are worth doing for their own sake. No goals, no payoffs, just the joy they bring. #writing #blog

GW24 is obviously not over, but nice to finally get some consecutive green arrows 🥹

Running with people definitely helps. Didn’t know my legs were capable to go at 6:30 pace for even 400m but I did it in a group, and did it four times (intervals). 18 days until my 10k race 😁
Any old school (written) blogs still around and active? Or any new, charming, small ones where people are writing only to express, and not impress? Links please!
The moon looks so pretty tonight in the hills 🥹
Been trying to embrace the art of “doing nothing” lately. It's surprisingly challenging! Rediscovering the joy of writing is helping, though. Some thoughts here:

Been a fan of Shreyas Sagvekar since Taambdi Chaamdi. So excited to see him get a break in Hindi films with this song for Jakes Bejoy in Deva!
