Keynote by @ilyena.com at @hri-conference.bsky.social invites us to rethink HRI in a world where robots increasingly share space with multiple species. She argues that considering animals as users and stakeholders broadens our ethical lens and ultimately helps us build better robots (and humans!).

Attending the Utrecht University Human Centered AI SIG Day in the Botanical Gardens, in the tropical green house to be specific. It's way too hot and humid to focus on the talks, so I started exploring the plants and butterflies.
And let's not forget the awesome farewell block party. At which I witnessed actual dancing of roboticists.
And yet another shout out to my student, Josephine Mélot-Chesnel, for giving a great talk on robot trust repair strategies needing to be personalized to be effective.
#ICRA2025 in Atlanta was an absolute whirlwind of innovation, inspiration, and deep discussions! Meeting robots, getting inspired by talks, debating societal impacts. And the cherry on top? More HRI content than ever AND a reunion with some fantastic HRI friends! Until next time! #Robotics #HRI
