at some point, i changed how the camera display Z works so the smooth lerp stopped working, so at some point i need to go back and fix that so the jitter is less noticeable 😅

Figured out how to have a mesh become collision, so i can have 1:1 collisions, however, this is really really laggy, so im going to go for a different approach, but still cool that I could have complex collisions now

You can also avoid this by selecting "new pixel game" when making a new project

I guess GameMaker likes vector or high-res art rather then pixels

Gamemaker tip: you can fix blurry pixel art by turning off "interpolate colors between pixels" from Windows -> Asset Browser -> Game Options -> Main and Windows -> Graphics #gamemaker #gamedev

25000 trees with an average of 40 fps, not bad for a ludicrous amount of trees, definitely happy with it, i only plan to have like 1K at most or so
