That's a tough one for me because it depends on my mood. When I'm making eggs, it's scrambled, over-medium, or hard-boiled. But when I'm out, I like ordering omelettes or poached because it feels fancier. 😊 How about you?

A unique experience - this airport hotel at Tokyo had a supplement buffet!

Sometimes just a crazy good croissant and coffee are all that's needed!

When on the road without a kitchen sometimes dor breakfast we just work with what's available - here it's a wholemeal tortilla with avocado and vegemite. FYI avocado and vegemite were made for each other!
