I wrote a little guide on the new scoresub system in #picotron to hopefully inspire more games to get highscores in!
It is a brilliant new feature, coming back to my games to see new names on the highscore board makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

I fear Game Freak are not brave enough to see this is clearly the right answer, but if they do, instant Switch 2 purchase.

I think 3 is clearest, 1 looks very nice though, particularly if there was a little animation? I think 2 might be too subtle?
Splore is obviously very exciting, but choose() also looks so useful! Also interested to see how the hyper-search has been implemented...

You know this kind of guy gets really upset really fast if a company prioritises hiring Black women (or whatever other minority group) too.
Played it with my partner and it was a great time! Good level of challenge with the puzzles and very cute.
I can't get over how these are all so completely D tier 'moon landing was fake' gotchas. Google for 5 seconds and you will find 5000 people debunking each of these very comprehensively. You only believe these if you have chosen to believe them and avoided other evidence. How do you combat that?

I also tried just opening a .png file (assuming view.p64 would be the default app?), but nothing happens. I checked that the task manager shows version 0.2.1
I just installed the update from the Picotron website (on Windows), I don't seem to have the view.p64 (assume it would be with the other system apps?) and when I try adding the @ to paths, Picotron crashes to desktop without any error given.
Who wants a screen this wide? The photo of it looks like a joke!

And in this case, it was being done by people protesting the building of a mosque! It was obviously targeted harassment, this woman is just playing dumb to stoke up hatred.
bottom line: we (liberals, lefties, anti-racists, pro-trans, et all) simply cannot accept the implicit premise that fascists are the authentic brits, that they have the right to be heard & we do not, that any disagreement must be solved by us listening to them
But if they get just a bit more racist, they'll definitely start winning over some of those Reform voters. I mean, it didn't work for the Tories and Labour's popularity is currently abysmal, but all they need is a smidge more racism and it'll definitely turn around for them.

When will the conservative (and to be honest, often also liberal) parties of Europe realise there's no point on the racism dial where you're racist enough to win the Reform/AfD/etc. voters but not so racist that you disgust everyone else?
Why would you look at what the UK tried here and want to copy it? It failed on every front - cost hundreds of millions, managed to deport exactly 4 people (all volunteers), was never popular with the public, and did nothing to attract voters away from our far-right party. Also, morally abhorrent!

You're joking, right? What's the point of the state if not to care for its population? What's the advantage of not locking down that outweighs the (very many) lives saved?
Similarly, I can't imagine licking Francium would go well for you either - it's an alkali metal, extremely radioactive and it's usually only found inside uranium ore.
Also, what are they talking about? Mario literally dressed in a tuxedo and proposed to Peach in Mario Odyssey. Their relationship is chaste, but it's clearly romantic!
And with @lexaloffle.bsky.social's recent updates to Picotron, I've just released what I'm broadly considering the 'finished' version. It now does everything I wanted it to (and more). I'm not ruling out more updates, but happy with what I've achieved with it!
