Yes. One that had my niece and nephews in stitches is Moo! by David LaRochelle and Mike Wohnoutka. Every word is literally “Moo,” but the illustrations do so much of the heavy lifting. The whole book is genius. #kidlitchat

That’s not always the case, Lorraine. My editor asked if there were any illustrators I loved, and went to them first. Sadly, but not surprising, they were all busy. She came back with another list and asked if there was one I preferred. There was, and that’s who we went with.
