Girl with a helmet riding a skateboard. There is a dark cloud around her head. The skateboard glows and makes the cloud go away.
When skating is the last thing that can make all those dark clouds go away...

The Labyrinth of Souls series is suitable for middle grade readers who like creepy stuff, magic, and mayhem!

I’ve been in a really weird head space lately, just kind of odd. Thinking about my little candle folks and just trying to get by.
From the first trailer of "Forgotten Island" (Dreamworks Animation).
Directed by Joel Crawford & Januel Mercado.
Inspired by Filipino folklore.

You are 100% correct though. No notes.😩
This looks super cute!
🚨 It looks like the UK government is gearing up to upend copyright law in favour of AI companies, legalising the theft of their work.
This is despite creatives' huge protests, and despite previous proposals being roundly rejected by the public.
Please spread the word.

“Discussion of gender is not sexualization… [nor making] books available to students that represent the diversity of their experiences. Such an interpretation says far more about the adults and the perspectives they’re applying to books than it does about the books or their intended audiences.”
Because of the National driver register, since their licenses are suspended, trans folks cannot move to another state and get a new license until they remove the suspension on their existing Kansas license.
They can't even escape this by moving to another state.
If you have the means, please donate to the Trans Continental Pipeline right now. They are a Colorado based org that helps trans people relocate and they are overwhelmed with requests. Colorado borders Kansas, and TCP has the infrastructure to help get people out.

Alysa Liu telling 60 Minutes “I love struggling, it makes me feel alive” is a legit revolutionary statement from a Bay Area native in a time when copious amounts of time and resources are being put toward convincing us to opt out of experiencing struggle, friction and self-actualization
I used to use detectors before realizing they are also basically LLMs and hallucinate answers just like any other LLM
Thank you so much, Lisa! 💗💗 😊
From all the middle grade covers I've done so far I (and therefore manuscripts I've read) Ally's "This Appearing house" is still one of my favorites. It's about experiencing cancer and grief as a kid and have that all packaged in a truly scary but emotional story.💛
On September 15th the first book of the Riley Dare Trilogy by MK England will release. A story about Escape rooms, D&D and Secret Agents, that I drew the cover for.😊
On March 3rd 2026 "ABBA" releases, a Little Golden Book I've worked on 2 years ago.
This january The Little Golden Book Beatles Baby edition released, which shows the colors a bit more nicely than the original version because it’s printed on shiny cardboard. (I totally don’t know the correct term for that )
I drew a chapter for @joshtierney.bsky.social 's comic Warmblood which you can find here: warmbloodcomic.com
I'm the worst at posting things I've done ( I don't know why)
so let's just do a few little updates right now:
The Ripple Effect by Rebecca Caprara released on February 18 2025, but I forgot to mention it here.
Called and spoke with Adobe customer support and the guy told me Adobe is discontinuing Animate because apparently the company can't think of any new features to add to the program and they feel it's gotten stale.
So they're just GETTING RID OF IT???
People already working hard to prove how perfect Alex Pretti was. To show he didn't "deserve" to be killed. But it's a trap folks. You're only feeding into a dynamic where people who are considered lesser get no protection. You don't have to be an Alex Pretti to deserve to live.
You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.
fair, even though the website is an actual survey website I delete it for now.
Yes try this. I'm on a craft reddit where this has happened regularily to other people and apparently it worked.
Can I ask how many layers you roughly used, for it to max out with such a small file? But oh yeah I guess 12GB is not that much ram. I'm considering getting it as well, but I'm definitely an overuser of layers😅.
