Aside from wind blowing in my face and Willie Nelson breaking his running leash, this was an easy one. #running #runsky

You mad Garmin?
Getting the big workout for the week done before the snow starts falling. I allegedly ran under 4:00/km for 30 seconds during this run. #running #runsky
Did a run in the neighborhood and it did not feel good. Not so much slow, but definitely had some knee pain, upset stomach, and general malaise. #running #runsky
Snowstorm outside so I went in for an aerobic 50 on the treadmill. A little wiped out after the past five days. #running #runsky
Very dangerous 10x1 intervals. Consistently hit 4:30-5:00/km paces, and managed to complete 9/10 at a high level of effort. Solid workout. #running #runsky
Lifting and slowing my pace over some gentle hills to keep a steady heart rate. Hidden in the stats is a 32 minute 5k. My “race” 5k pace was just a minute or two faster two months ago. #running #runsky
6x3 in Martis Valley. Touched on 5:30/km pace a couple times, which is about what I would need to run a two hour half marathon. I’ll be honest, that pace feels like a far way away right now. #running #runsky
The feeling when you finally get to wear your $150 purpose built jacket in the exact conditions it was designed for. #running #runsky
Brutal uphills, muddy downhills. This was my second race in Auburn and I’m learning the foothills are no joke! #running #runsky
I’m running a 13k trail race tomorrow, any last minute tips? My longest runs so far have been 11-12k on the road, and it’s probably going to be muddy. #running #runsky
A quick 30 minutes on the treadmill to keep my legs loose for Saturday’s 13k trail race. Felt good, happy to be heading into the weekend feeling strong. #running #runsky
Check out my run on Strava.

Running confession: when I make Willie run with me he gets extra dinner. He’s earned it. #running #runsky
Didn’t really plan this, but just had a cocktail before noon on a Monday #earlyretirement
This is the Truckee River, east side of Truckee, CA about 12 miles north of Lake Tahoe.
Why do I label every #weightlifting workout as a commute on Strava? Because I mean business. #running #runsky
I’m a big ASICS fan right now.
Handsome and sensitive.
I’ve never watched a single Scotland match, and I don’t know who Russell and Graham are, but as a fan of a different terrible team, I immediately understood this post completely.
If you were planning on making “go sportsball” jokes today, your friends might not take your Super Bowl boycott seriously.
My dad once told me “No one goes further to entertain their audience” which is why wrestling will always get respect from me, even if I’m not a fan.
This run was all over the place. The dog wasn’t cooperating, I couldn’t find my pace for the intervals, and there was still snow on the path which slowed me down. Nevertheless, I went for a run and got it finished. #running #runsky
Went back to the Las Brisas trail with a better route. Managing adductor pain for the last third of this, but managed to run/walk it to manage it and finished strong.
8 x One Minute: This was hard. Highlight of this workout might have been the dog getting into the truck on his own.

First uphill of the season at Sugar Bowl. I mostly remembered how everything worked and I didn’t get too cold.
To further introduce myself to Bluesky, I have an extremely handsome dog named Willie Nelson
I understand you may be annoyed by the continued dominance of the Kansas City Chiefs, but do not commit the greater sin of rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Treadmill more like SHREDMILL
