It's an autistic & queer themed, dark fantasy and horror-adjacent dreamquest with surreal masked characters, a heavy metal-inspired soundtrack and a unique visual aesthetic. It's everything my 1980s self ever wanted in a film.
I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.
Fuck off. If you're incapable of shooting a sequence of surrealistic imagery, then quit directing and retire. As we have already pointed out, this statement directly insults Douglas Trumbull and all the other visual effects legends.
