Stand with science by choosing evidence, sharing knowledge, trusting facts, and supporting policies that protect health across communities and environments.

I’ve set up a fundraiser. If you haven’t done anything for international women’s day yet, here’s a chance to support a women-run business in need: www.paypal.com/pools/c/9nhn...

Did you know?

For decades, medical research and treatment plans have focused mainly on men, leaving women out of the picture.

It’s time to flip the script—women shouldn’t be an afterthought in healthcare.

Let’s change the status quo. Here’s how you can lead the way!

When someone discloses feelings of burnout, a supportive response can facilitate trust, hope, and effective recovery. A poor response can do the opposite.
I hear many stories about poor responses to burnout disclosure. Here's what NOT to do.

NEW analysis 📢 Britain's poorer half is working harder and getting less in return.

Our new book reveals the people of Unsung Britain are more likely to be in work, caring for a loved one, or sick themselves but their incomes – and opportunities – remain stagnant 🧵⤵️ buff.ly/7WcqrbQ

Proportion of working-age adults who are disabled, by household income: UK

The country’s health is deteriorating. Disability rates in Unsung Britain jumped from 19% to 30% since the mid-1990s.

Crucially, 83% of this rise ISN'T explained by ageing – mental health problems among younger people are a major driver, restricting work and increasing care needs.

Inner or outer Hebrides? Oban is a good base for access to Calmac Ferries but depends where you want to go? Or Skye if looking to go further north? You can also fly via Loganair and land on Barra beach which is an experience!

Won't share the piece (it's GB News). Sharing the quote tho as it's grossly misleading.

Notice the lack of specifics.

In house support is woefully inadequate, the mandate to provide it was quietly scrapped, and NHSE which offers it - will be abolished.

NHS staff left high & dry, like always.
