Studio Assistant responsibilities include making, glazing, and firing pottery, as well as customer service and studio maintenance. Applicants must be outgoing and able to work independently. Retail experience and knowledge of the craft/art/tourism world will be considered an asset. The rate of pay for this position is $18/hr, 35hrs/week, for 8+ weeks. Other benefits will include access to a fully equipped ceramics studio, mentoring, and participation in studio firings.
