Got into low-carb #baking and discovered #psyllium husk.

Feeds gut bacteria + #sourdough
keeps bread moist, slows digestion.

好喜歡水滴的故事

No butter, no fat, so shaping was hard. Ended up with navel-shaped bagels 😂, and the light purple is from purple sweet potato powder. Love that the bagels puff up after boiling.

手感跟配方抓得差不多了，接下來可以開始做加料版 🥯
